For centuries, handcrafted wooden temple bells have been an important part of Nepal's cultural and spiritual heritage. Inspired by traditional Newari architecture, these pieces combine finely carved wood with a brass bell, symbolizing devotion, protection, and prosperity.

Before entering a temple or beginning a home prayer (puja), devotees ring the bell hanging at the entrance or on the altar. This acts as an announcement of the devotee's arrival with humility.

The sharp, resonant sound of the bell is believed to cleanse the surrounding atmosphere. The vibrations are thought to drive away negative forces, stagnant energy, and mental distractions, leaving a purified, sacred environment for worship.
